Happy, Healthy and Smart Holidays: Strategies and recipes that will keep you on track with clean nutrition for this junk-food-ridden time of year.
My patients understand that healthy nutrition is a large part of their treatment plan at New England Naturopathic Health. All too often, all of their spectacular nutrition work is undone during the holiday season when there are parties and junk-food galore. After the New Year, we often find ourselves with extra weight, aches and pains, and a bloated belly. In this workshop we will explore strategies for avoiding these pitfalls, including periodic fasting, “healthy” junk food options to being to holiday festivities, and how to compensate when you know you’ve “overdone it.”
