Why choose NENH and the Integrative Concierge Care Model?

NENH specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex inflammatory disorders. These conditions require comprehensive multi-system assessment and sustained, individualized attention for patients to make progress toward their ideal quality of life.  Appointments at regularly scheduled intervals, diagnostic interpretation, intensive patient education, communication directly with your healthcare provider between appointments and adjustments to the treatment regimen as needed are all integral pieces of the healing process.

The Integrative Concierge Care Model was born to address the complexity of chronic illness by providing:

• A 90-minute intake and 45-minute follow up appointments scheduled at regular intervals, ensuring adequate time for effective communication between doctor and patient
• Regularly scheduled check-ins through our secure patient portal, building in ability to change treatment approaches between appointments and address new concerns as they come up
• A membership in a small practice in which each patient receives adequate attention from NENH to sustain progress toward patient goals
• A convenient monthly auto-payment for membership subscriptions, preventing need to “save up” for appointments

New patients are automatically enrolled in the Active Care Subscription, which is designed to provide comprehensive care including lifestyle adjustments, management of hormone imbalance(s) and diagnosis of underlying causes of symptoms within the first year of membership.  After the first year, the patient may elect to maintain higher level care, change subscription to the less intensive Progressive or Maintenance Care Subscriptions, or graduate from the practice if their goals have been met.  

The level at which patients progress is highly variable, but patients that engage and actively participate in their healthcare predictably advance more quickly.  At NENH we work hard to educate patients to understand and monitor their own health, as we believe that all patients can and should become the experts in their own self-care.  Ultimately, we believe that patient empowerment through education is the most important health care goal that can be achieved.

We are happy to answer additional questions as to whether or not the Integrative Concierge Care Model is a good match for you.  You may initiate a dialogue with Dr Marinaro directly by submitting a Pre-screening Questionnaire.  Dr Marinaro will respond directly (to the email address you use to submit the questionnaire) with her thoughts on your case and whether or not she believes NENH is a good fit for you.  You will also be invited in this dialogue to ask any questions you may have about the practice.  If Dr Marinaro does not believe you are a good fit for NENH, she will provide referral options to other NDs.  Please note that NENH receives several pre-screening questionnaires per week and Dr Marinaro likes to provide adequate detail in responding to each, so please allow up to 3 weeks to receive a response.

Active Care Subscription, New Patient $210/month

• 1 x 90-minute Intake

Active Care Subscription, Established Patient $210/month

• 9 x 45-minute Follow Up Appointments
• Optional weekly check-ins by messaging on a pre-determined day of the week
• 20 “flex messages” to be used at any time per patient discretion

Progressive Care Subscription, Established Patient $175/month

• 7 x 45-minute Follow Up Appointments
• Optional bi-weekly check-ins by messaging on a pre-determined day of the week
• 20 “flex messages” to be used at any time per patient discretion

Maintenance Care Subscription, Established Patient $135/month

• 5 x 45-minute Follow Up Appointments
• Optional tri-weekly check-ins by messaging on a pre-determined day of the week
• 20 “flex messages” to be used at any time per patient discretion

NENH is proud to offer a 10% discount to seniors above 70, teachers, active military and veterans

Family discounts can be applied to members of the same family by blood line or marriage:

• 2 person family discount 10%
• 3 person family discount 15%
• 4 person family discount 20%
• 5 person or more family discount 25% 

Extra 45-minute appointment: $225

Extra “flex message”: $25/message (“message” includes one message and response)

Please note that though NENH does not contract directly with any health insurance providers, Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts may be used for payment of monthly subscriptions.  NENH can, on patient request, provide superbills for out-of-pocket expenditures for submission to private insurance plans.
