Dr. Corrie Marinaro – Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Corrie Marinaro has been practicing functional Naturopathic Medicine since 2009 and opened New England Naturopathic Health in Waterville in 2012. She pursued continuing education in functional medicine in order to be able to understand the pathologies that she found in her patient population. Over the years her practice has evolved to specialize in the following conditions:

  • Chronic Infections including tick-borne illnesses such as Lyme and co-infections Babesia, Bartonella and Anaplasma
  • Mold/Mycotoxin Illness and chronic fungal infections
  • Histamine Disorders including Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, food sensitivities and migraine headaches
  • Reproductive disorders including endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, irregular menstruation, chronic urinary tract and vaginal infections

Dr. Marinaro utilizes lifestyle counseling, multiple conventional and functional diagnostic methods and both natural and pharmaceutical approaches to achieve her patients’ health goals. She believes strongly in educating her patients about the underlying causes of their symptomatic complaints so that a patient may fully comprehend the “why” behind their treatment plan. Dr Marinaro’s patients must be active, engaged participants in their health journey and must be willing to work hard to achieve their goals.

Dr. Anna Froman – Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Froman joined New England Naturopathic Health in 2020. In addition to her doctorate, she has a master’s in nutrition. She has a strong knowledge of how food affects health, and she believes that the first step into changing diet-related health concerns is an honest look at current eating habits. In addition to nutrition, Dr. Froman focuses on the foundations of health such as sleep, mental health, hydration, and stress management. Conditions she commonly treats include:

  • Diet-related health concerns including prediabetes, high cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, weight management
  • Digestive disorders including constipation, diarrhea, gas and bloating, heartburn, GERD, irritable bowel syndrome, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, candida overgrowth
  • Upper respiratory issues including allergies and chronic sinusitis
  • Sleep issues including insomnia and restless leg syndrome
  • Thyroid conditions such as hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism
