Raj the Dog (bottom)
Raj the bird dog was found wandering around Little Rock, AK in 2012. He was abandoned, starving and very timid and fearful around people. He was surrendered to Last Hope K9 Rescue, an organization that transports dogs from shelters in the Southern US to the Northeast for adoption. After finding his forever home with Dr. Corrie, Raj has begun the process of learning to trust strangers again.
He is a very friendly pup and loves all people, especially children and dog lovers. If you are a large man he will warm up to you more quickly if you let him smell the back of your hand before trying to pet him. Raj is in the office every day as our resident therapy dog, so if you have a dog allergy please alert our staff and we will put him in a different room. Otherwise, Raj can’t wait to make your acquaintance!
